…was a box of Artisan du Chocolat No1 Salted Caramels, from a dear friend while I was visiting London. It was an explosion for the taste buds – the dark chocolate dusted cocoa powder, followed by the gooey liquid caramel which was touched with just the right amount of salt…AMAZING!

Artisan du Chocolat originally created these sensuous Sea Salt Caramels for Gordon Ramsay’s menu at Claridges. With it’s sweet liquid caramel centre, flavoured delicately with a flash of Moirmoutier Island’s grey sea salt, and encased in a cocoa dusted shell of intense dark chocolate.
